Print Invitations
After several concepts, our chosen approach features an angular shape that mirrors the central architectural structure of the event venue: Buffalo AKG Museum.
I developed copy for the print invites, with language that teeters between the financial industry, as well as hints at what's to come at the event, should the guest choose to attend.

Email Blasts
This 3-piece email campaign kicked off just before mailing the print invites, beginning with a Save the Date email. Following the print invites came an email Invitation, and the last-call RSVP.
I curated content that aligned with the theme of the event, as well as the venue.

Cocktail Menu
As an added touch, we worked with the mixologist to curate a cocktail & mocktail menu with seasonal potions whose names connected with the financial industry and event venue.

Guerilla Piece
"You're part of something greater... you just haven't seen it yet."
This is the something greater that required collaborative creation from guests and the financial firm team. This guerilla piece not only was a source of entertainment, but also mirrored the venue architecture and the overall thematic of the event.
Working together illustrated that this Firm and their clients are the sum of all the parts, and together can maneuver the economic climate, no matter the obstacles.
