The client wanted to highlight their Firm as a place to build a career. With several other competitor options in the region, this Firm wants to highlight its differentiating factors and showcase its workplace culture.
An employer branding campaign offers testimonials, culture transparency, and career growth opportunities for those interested in pursuing an accounting career.

Internship Program Video
Video production was the pillar content piece for this campaign. Employees selected by the client were interviewed about their experience at the Firm and through the internship program.
Footage shot was used for micro-content to establish a robust library of social posts.

Social Media Campaign
To kick off the Free to Thrive social media campaign, the first post featured the MAX Program internship video, which was also shared on a corresponding landing page and the client's YouTube channel.
Following the video launch, a series of about 100 social media posts were curated around footage, pull quotes, and employee testimonials in support of the MAX Internship program and the overall culture at the Firm. Call-to-action messages included visiting the landing page, their website, the careers page and viewing job postings.
As a deliverable to the client, a document was curated and assembled to share the key takeaways of the campaign, as well as "thought starters" to encourage them to continue to curate employer branding content for social platforms.
